Aid Information Management System (AIMS):
International Cooperation Project Management System - SIGECI
- Established by the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Policy, SIGECI aims at providing information that directly supports the processes of negotiation, programming, follow-up and evaluation of non-reimbursable international cooperation in Costa Rica. This information system will allow progress in processes of efficiency and effectiveness in the allocation of external resources, with the purpose of strengthening, supporting and facilitating decision-making of International Cooperation in the country.
