Development effectiveness at subnational level

Advancing the practice and the understanding of effective development cooperation at subnational level to support local and regional governments in achieving the SDGs

WHY IS EFFECTIVENESS AT SUBNATIONAL LEVEL IMPORTANT?

Action Area 2.6: Strengthening development effectiveness at subnational level to achieve the SDGs

Regions, cities, municipalities, local and regional governments play an instrumental role in implementing the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs. The Global Partnership offers a space for dialogue and knowledge sharing on how to overcome these challenges with state and non-state actors.
