The NOC is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the PDES and proposing possible new directions based on the major results observed and the international, regional and national challenges.

National level

Six committees:

  5. Departmental Coordination Committees
  6. Communal Coordination Committees
These committees are responsible for (i) ensuring the planning and monitoring-evaluation of development actions at the commune level; (ii) drawing up monitoring reports; (iii) serve as a framework for consultation and information for all actors at the commune level; (iv) ensuring the alignment of partners' interventions with national, regional and commune priorities.
