- Priority: to stimulate development in Cambodia, especially with the aim of transforming the country into high middle-income nation by 2030. To do this, some key core objectives are set: I) increase productivity and competitiveness, global integration and the adoption of industrial revolutionary technologies ii) job creation for new entrants to the job market, including young people iii) Continue to reduce poverty iv) strengthen governance and accountability.
