Resolution (7th) in terms of Development Co-operation
SEVENTH: To modify numeral 3 of Article 10 of the aforementioned Resolution, which shall be worded as follows:
"3. The agencies of the Central Administration of the State, as well as the provincial governments shall elaborate, in close coordination with the corresponding political areas and with the territorial delegations of this Ministry, a document containing the guidelines for the development of the International Collaboration, which should be used for the definition of proposals for Project profiles that constitute the basis for the promotion with the possible counterparts or foreign sources of financing. The undersigned will request an update of these guidelines to the heads of the agencies of the Central Administration of the State, and to the presidents of the provincial governments every two years."
